My soul yearns My eyes water I thirst for you I hunger for more Complete me Lord Take control Mold me Like clay to a pot Make use of my life Make my spirit rejoice Clean me like silver So I reflect your image Sharpen me like a sword So I slice through my worries Harden me like diamonds So my strength comes from you I yearn, I cry My soul is weary My spirit is chasing Chasing to be near you Hold me close Cover me under your wings Give rest to my soul Give peace to my spirit Cloth me in your righteousness Your blood has purchased me I long to be used Open my eyes to your love Straighten my road So my foundation will be true I seek and shall find Your presence is by my side Carry me home When my journey is done My Saviour, my true Love A bride I shall be When my time has come
